Tess Martin, Climbing Instructor
Tess, born and raised in Wyoming, started working with Women’s Wilderness in 2014 as a Rock Instructor. She has been rock climbing since 2002 and has gained guiding experience through higher education outdoor programs, personal trips, informal guiding and instruction with friends and family, and numerous multi-day skills trainings taught by AMGA guides. She particularly loves teaching rock climbing skills as a way to help participants build self-confidence, collaboration skills and connection to an internal sense of accomplishment. She currently lives in Fort Collins and works full time with Colorado State University.
