Join us for a holistic immersion into climbing, mindfulness, and community. We will approach climbing holistically, working with what’s present in both the mind and the body. Yoga and mindfulness instructors will lead us in deepening our connection to land with daily movement and meditation practices in the desert. In the evenings, we’ll share great meals and participate in evening councils, where we will create space to process our experiences as women in the outdoors, and in our lives more broadly. You will leave this retreat with a renewed sense of self-confidence, direction, and connections to new friends and climbing partners.
