Sport Leading 201
$105.00 – $165.00
Sliding Scale Course Fees | Women’s Wilderness has created a sliding scale for all its Women’s programs in an effort to keep our courses affordable to a wide range of people. All our pricing scales are significantly below the prices of for-profit companies. The top price represents the actual cost to run the course, and the second two tiers represent scholarships. We set forth no criteria and trust that each individual will pay what they feel is appropriate.
Sport Leading 201 is a great class for climbers who have taken Gym to Crag or have lead climbing experience in the gym. This class will go into more depth around sport leading tips and techniques. This starts with effectively preparing for a lead climb and reading the route, and leads to mental, emotional, and physical skills you will use while leading the climb. We’ll cover working with your breath, pacing while on lead, dealing with fear, and how to fall.
