Connect with your core! Each of these courses combines the serenity of the wilderness with daily yoga practice to create an experience abundant in relaxation, natural beauty and fun. Highly experienced teachers from The Yoga Workshop in Boulder will lead twice daily yoga sessions, providing individual guidance and integrating principles of breathing, core strength and contemplation to fuel your personal practice. During the days you can hike with our seasoned wilderness staff, explore, or just reflect and enjoy the scenery.

Slickrock Yoga Retreat
 

Location: Utah Desert Canyons
Dates: April 3-6

Fitness Level: Moderate

This out-and-back backpacking itinerary leaves plenty of time for daily yoga practice as well as exploratory hikes to the arches, winding canyons and vast mesas of the canyon country. An optional overnight solo is available. No yoga or backpacking experience necessary. Begins and ends in Grand Junction,

   
Mountain Lakes Yoga Retreat
 

Location: Snowy Range, WY
Dates: July 18-20

Fitness Level: Moderate

After a short backpack in, you’ll spend three days beside a sparkling alpine lake at the peak of Rocky Mountain wildflower season. There’s ample time to day-hike, climb one of the Snowy’s glorious peaks, or simply relax and recharge. No yoga or backpacking experience necessary.

   
Green River Yoga Retreat
 

Location: Green River , UT

Fitness Level: Gentle

Intersperse yoga with a peaceful paddle along the scenic Labyrinth Canyon section of Utah’s Green River. Enjoy riverside campsites, delicious meals and a gentle introduction to paddling strokes and river safety. No yoga or canoeing experience necessary. This course begins and ends in Grand Junction, Colorado.
