There are several ways to sign up for a winter course. Pick the one that is easiest for you! First, make sure you've read the Information Sheet about the course. (Click the "Tell Me More" button under the course you're interested in.) There are three elements of signing up: paying, getting enrollment forms, and sending them in.
Here's how it works:
1) The EASIEST way - sign up online by clicking on the course date in the table below! Once you've paid online by credit card, you can follow the appropriate link to download your forms. Fill them out, send them in, and you're done.
2) The "Let Me Talk to a Person" way- Call Heather, Enrollment Coordinator, at 303-938-9191. She can answer all your questions, and then email or mail you the enrollment packet. You can pay a $60 deposit on the phone, which will hold your space for two weeks while you receive and return the enrollment packet.
3 )The "I'm Still Thinking About It" way- You can look over the enrollment forms and when you're ready, send them in along with at least half of the course fee.
Payment:
If you pay online, it's taken care of!
Otherwise- half of the course fee is due with the enrollment packet. The rest is due two months before the start of the course. For one-day courses, or courses that start less than two months away, the full amount is due with the enrollment packet.
Cancellations:
Because we put a lot of effort into planning courses, please make sure you're committed to coming before signing up.
Course tuition includes a $60 nonrefundable application fee. The remainder of the fee is due when you receive notice that you are enrolled on the course. Our cancellation/refund policy and transfer policy are based on our investment in staff time, course planning, and food and equipment purchases before your course.
Cancellation refunds will be given according to the following schedule: Days prior to course start:
More than 60 days: 100% minus $60 application fee.
20-60 days: 75% minus $60 application fee.
10-20 days: 50% minus $60 application fee.
Less than 10 days: No refunds.
