2008- How to Enroll

Interested in signing up for a course?  It’s easy! To receive a full registration packet and more information about the course(s) that interests you:

1) The EASIEST way- Sign up Online! Once you've paid online by credit card, you can follow the link to download your forms. Fill them out, send them in, and you're done.

2) The "Let Me Talk to a Person" way- Call us at303-938-9191. We can answer all your questions, and then email or mail you the enrollment packet. You can pay a $60 deposit on the phone, which will hold your space for two weeks while you receive and return the enrollment packet.

3 )The "I'm Still Thinking About It" way- You can look over the enrollment forms and when you're ready, send them in along with at least half of the course fee.

Payment:
If you pay online, its taken care of!
For one day clinics, full payment is required to reserve your spot. For multi-day courses, a $60 non-refundable application fee payable by check or credit card will reserve your spot. Full tuition, completed registration forms, and signed financial aid agreements (as applicable for Girls’ and Wilderness Recovery courses) are due one month before the start date. Your registration is not confirmed until we receive all of your materials.

Cancellations:
Our cancellation/refund policy is based on our investment in staff time, course planning, and food and equipment purchases before your course. Course tuition includes the $60 nonrefundable application fee. 

Cancellation refunds will be given according to the following schedule:
Days prior to course start
More than 60 days: 100% of full tuition minus $60 application fee.
21-59 days:  50% minus $60 application fee.
8-20 days:  No refunds, however 50% minus the $60 application fee may be transferred to another course in 2008.
Less than 7 days: No refunds or transfers.

If we cancel a trip: TWWI reserves the right to cancel a trip if sign-up is inadequate to make the trip economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we will fully refund the stated cost including the application fee.  However, TWWI is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip, e.g. transportation costs, gear, etc.

Trip Insurance
Safeguard your adventure! TWWI understands that plans can change without warning, which is why we recommend securing your course by purchasing trip insurance, for example.
