Lauren Sigman

Lauren Sigman has over 25 years of experience in personal financial planning, mortgage finance and real estate. She created Sigman Financial Fitness® to work with people looking for individualized, creative ways to manage their financial fitness, no matter what shape they're in.

An avid skier and rock climber, Lauren's passion for the outdoors drew her to Colorado in the early '90s. Before moving to Colorado, Lauren spent 12 years in the financial industry as an investment banker, a financial analyst and Vice President of Finance. Lauren also serves on the board of the Professional Climbing Instructors Association.
