"This past summer I decided it was time for me to take a break from full-time work and devote more time to supporting my kids' activities, doing all those things I never had time for over the past several years, and striving to achieve a better work-life balance," Peg explains. "I am working with TWWI because when I became acquainted with the organization and I was extremely impressed with the mission and message of TWWI. Having two teenage daughters, I have experienced first-hand the self-esteem and empowerment issues that are so crucial to young girls. I believe very strongly in developing strong leadership skills in girls that will carry with them through their life."
