Gear & Cheer 2008

Thank you to all who supported The Women's Wilderness Institute at our auction fundraiser packed full of awesome outdoor gear, local services and incredible trip packages. Supporters like Sierra Designs, Kelty, and Patagonia will deck you out with the best outdoor gear.  Bid on amazing getaway packages like The Hotel Telluride weekend stay, be pampered by the Strawberry Hot Springs in Steamboat, or head South to go whale watching with Sea and Adventures Inc. in Baja, Mexico. Sample incredible local beer, food, and wine, and dance to the music of The Pick Up Sticks marimba band while bidding on hundreds of fantastic items! All proceeds benefited the Girls’ Wilderness Program.

New to Gear and Cheer this year was the 14ers Sneak Peak preview party with a Vodka 14 martini tasting, appetizers from Whole Foods and a chance to bid on a few special items available only during the 14ers Sneak Peak party.
